Amante Ibiza and our sister restaurant Aiyanna Ibiza both have morning beach yoga and breakfast.
Sol Den Serra and Cala Nova are beautiful in the early morning sun and are stunning backdrops for beach yoga. The perfect natural surroundings make ideal locations for an early morning yoga practice.
Amante has morning classes every day of the week starting at 9:00am. Please arrive at 8:45am for check-in and relaxation, the guided practice is from 9:00am until 10:15am.
Aiyanna has morning classes on Thursdays starting at 9:00am. Please arrive at 8:45am for check-in and relaxation, the guided practice is from 9:00am until 10:15am.
Pre-booking is essential for all classes, we have no walk in spaces.
Please note that if you arrive after a class has started you will not be allowed to participate in the session. We ask you to respect the class and your fellow yogis and arrive in time to check in, get your mat and relax into your practice.
All classes are taught in English and Spanish by experienced yoga teachers and the sessions are perfect for all levels and experience.
Please note our classes are not suitable for pregnant women under 15 weeks or over 7 months.
The yoga is followed by a healthy buffet breakfast, a perfect start to a day. The menu includes our fresh squeezed juices, fresh fruit, eggs, natural yogurt, cereals, dried fruits and freshly baked wholegrain patisserie.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday classes are held by Diana Naya. Trained in both classical and contemporary yoga, Diana passionately believes that yoga is meant to offer a meaningful experience to both beginners and experienced students and therefore proudly provides accessible and enjoyable classes that all walks of life can embrace.
Wednesday classes are held by Satya. For her yoga has always been a natural remedy and she also is passionate about touching the lives of those she meets on a deep and meaningful level. Using yoga and meditation as tools for observation and as a way of learning about one’s self, Satya has learnt how to awaken the senses to truly appreciate the positive impact yoga achieves.
