At Amante, we believe that a dining experience should never be the same twice. For more than fifteen years, we’ve welcomed guests to this privileged corner of Ibiza, and yet our kitchen is always evolving. Each season, each visit, each dish – there is always something new to explore.
Our chef Jordi Tomás Ribas and his team are driven by creativity and by the search for the very best ingredients. This dedication means our menus are never static. Throughout the summer we present three different seasonal menus: one for April and May, another for July and August, and a final one for September and October. Alongside this, we also offer a rotating selection of specials that changes every two weeks, inspired by the markets, the seasons, and the chef’s imagination.
Altogether, this dynamic approach allows us to bring more than 70 different dishes to the table during the summer months – a remarkable effort of sourcing, creation and production by our culinary team, so that every visit feels unique and exciting.
One week you may discover a fresh catch from the sea prepared with an unexpected twist. Another, a meat dish that celebrates Mediterranean tradition. On your next visit, perhaps a vegetarian creation inspired by Ibiza’s gardens. And always, a sweet finale with desserts designed to leave you with the most memorable of impressions.
